What the Call Covers
First we ask what you are noticing, since symptoms lead to causes. White buildup on aerators and spots on shower glass usually come from dissolved calcium and magnesium. A bleach odor means chlorine, and a metallic taste may come from aging pipe instead of the supply. We also ask about the house. Older homes often have past repairs like galvanized steel joined to copper or PEX, or an old softener sitting in bypass, and those affect what will fit and where it can be plumbed.
Then we book your free water test. During the visit we measure hardness, total dissolved solids and chlorine, and explain what each number does or does not mean for your home. If a system makes sense, you get installed system pricing by phone or in person, with installation included with water treatment systems. If your results show you do not need equipment, we say so.
